premium grade raw materials for the specific requirements of the telecom
industry. These comes
in two application based ranges.

- 4050 Cable Filling Compounds:
These are highly stable, non-toxic compounds which exhibit excellent
hydrophobic and lubricating Properties.
NIE
- 4059 Cable Flooding Compounds:
These are non-dermatitis, stable homogenous compounds which are highly
water repulsive and corrosion resistant.

4059 Compounds have excellent properties of Physical, Electrical,
Thermal and Oxidation stability.

Ensure complete protection to
the cable from the onslaught of hostile elements like water, heat,
oxygen, bacteria etc.

Totally compatible with MDPE
and HDPE insulating and sheathing materials.

Free from toxicity, safe for
handling, non dermatic.

Minimal shrinkage during
cooling of the compound in the cable.

Shields the steel tapes from
rust formation.
APPLICATIONS
NIE
4050 are used as water repellants and lubricants for filling the
interstices between the pairs of wires in conventional copper wire
telecommunication cables.
NIE
4059 are used to flood the Armour jacketing of the cable to prevent
the intrusion of water and protect against rust formation.
SUPPLY OPTIONS
Dispatched and delivered typically steel in drums.
