Process Oils

DESCRIPTION

NIE Process Oils for Rubber are classified based on content as Paraffinic, Naphthenic and Aromatic.

NIE  - P Series : Paraffinic Process Oils
Highly refined oils produced by the distillation, solvent extraction and dewaxing of select high paraffinic crude, Paraffinic process oils have a predominant number of saturated Paraffinic hydro carbons. They have low solvency and high aniline point with low aromaticity, excellent colour and thermal stability.

NIE  - N Series : Napthenic Process Oils
Light coloured, refined and extracted from select Naphthenic base stocks through a process of hydrogenation, Naphthenic Process oils have a high Naphthenic ring carbon content. These oils exhibit excellent compatibility, good color stability and non-staining properties.

NIE  - A Series : Aromatic Process Oils:
High solvency oils extracted by the use of a controlled liquid extraction process from paraffinic lubricant fractions, Aromatic Process oils have excellent solvency and superior compatibility. These oils contain a large number of aromatic ring carbons and therefore exhibit low volatility and high viscosity for improved production and safety standards.
