DESCRIPTION
NIE 3M is superior quality
Dielectric Fluid based on specially processed low aromatic, light coloured
hydrocarbon feedstocks. NIE 3M has a narrow boiling range,
low viscosity and high flash point, thereby ensuring very low level of
fumes, high operational safety and economy in usage. NIE 3M is
completely non toxic and safe for skin contact. It is odour free for
maximum operator comfort.
NIE 3M has high dielectric strength, very high break down voltage
and low electrical conductivity. It is non corrosive and is highly
resistant to oxidation and discoloration. NIE 3M has good
filterablity, with excellent cooling and flushing action.
APPLICATIONS
NIE 3M is recommended for all electro-discharge machining and spark
erosion operations, including roughing, fine-finishing and super
finishing. The excellent flushing characteristics of NIE 3M ensure
prolonged life for grinding wheels, honing stones and electrodes.
