DESCRIPTION
NIE premium quality greases are classified under two
series:
NIE - AP Series:
NIE AP2 and AP3
ALL-PURPOSE GREASES are premium quality lithium soap thickened greases
produced from low volatile high viscosity index mineral oils, superior
fats / fatty acids, and a synergistic blend of additives and performance.
NIE - EP Series:
NIE
EP EXTREME
PRESSURE GREASES are premium quality lithium soap thickened greases
containing Extreme Pressure (EP) Additives for enhanced load bearing
capabilities. These greases are formulated from low volatile high
viscosity index mineral oils, superior fats / fatty acids, and a
synergistic blend of safe, non-leaded additives for optimum performance.
APPLICATIONS
NIE AP2 and
AP3 ALL-PURPOSE GREASES are recommended for use in all general purpose
industrial applications where grease lubrication is preferred. NIE
AP2 and AP3 ALL-PURPOSE GREASES provide optimum lubrication in bearings,
sliding parts and mechanisms operating at moderate loads under ambient to
medium temperatures upto 120°C.
NIE AP2 and AP3
ALL-PURPOSE GREASES can also be used as multipurpose wheel bearing and
chassis greases in automotive applications. These greases are also
suitable for lubrication of water pump bearings, machine tools, gears,
couplings, and universal joints.
NIE LUBRITEK EP EXTREME PRESSURE GREASES are recommended for
various heavy duty industrial applications where heavy or shock loads are
encountered at temperatures upto 120°C.
NIE LUBRITEK EP EXTREME PRESSURE GREASES are particularly
recommended for general purpose use in steel, cement and paper plants,
mining and heavy industries and automotive units for all types of
bearings, couplings, and sliding mechanisms. These greases are also
suitable for use on various centralized lubrication systems.
SUPPLY OPTIONS
NIE
AP2 and AP3 ALL-PURPOSE GREASES are available in 180 Kg grease drums
and in 15 Kg pails.
NIE EP EXTREME
PRESSURE GREASES are available in four NLGI consistency grades from 00 to
No.2 to suit various requirements. All grades are available in 180 Kg
grease drums and 15 Kg Pails.
