Construction
* Pump casing made from heavy duty graded cast iron keeps the powered end weather proof and dust free. 
* Independent delivery valve inspection cover is proved for easy maintenance. 
* Stuffing box (Spring Loaded)- made from stainless steel for easy removal & self-tightening of V-Seals. Slydrings are provided for high wear resistance. 
* Plunger inspection cover is provided for easy replacement of V-Seals without dismantling the Valve Chamber and pipe lines. 
* Cross head anti-chamber for salvage of excess lubricant oil. Crankshaft machined from SG Iron to withstand heavy shock loads and ground for longer life. Independent Valve Chambers are provided. 
* Selection of Fluid end materials depends on the application requirements.

Salient Features

New India pumps are designed for long life, easy maintenance and simple installations.

* Adequate provision for Plunger conversion.
* Reduction gear is coupled externally for trouble free and easy maintenance.
* The crankshaft is oil flooded with splash Lubrication  to cross heads.
* Pulsation dampener is provided on delivery side for continuous and smooth Operations.
* Pressure regulator-cum automatic unloader valve regulates pressure from zero to rated capacity. This also saves power consumption while by-passing the pressure not required.
* New India pumps are designed to run at lower speeds (100/200 RPM) for longer life.
* Water cooling arrangement to the plungers for handling hot fluids.
